Your vacation rental is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers an ideal starting point for your many vacation activities. From the large balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains. At the back of the house is a fenced-in garden area for shared use (by arrangement).
In 5 minutes, you can reach the wild and romantic Halblech River (the local stream) as well as biking and hiking trails. Shopping, the mountain railway in Buching, the Kenzenbus, and restaurants are all within 2 km. Within a 12-km radius, you’ll find numerous attractions, such as Füssen and King Ludwig’s castles—Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. For a refreshing dip nearby, visit the Halblech River or one of the six lakes, such as Lake Forggen, Lake Illasberg, or Lake Bannwald. You can relax at the King Ludwig Thermal Baths in Schwangau.

This modern 59-square-meter vacation rental accommodates 4 people. It is located on the 1st floor (no sloped ceilings). From the long, covered south-facing balcony, you can enjoy views of the mountains; access is via the living room and bedroom. The apartment features 1 living room with a flat-screen TV, sofa, armchair, and dining area; 1 bedroom with a box-spring bed, closet, and crib; and 1 bedroom with a box-spring bed and closet. The fully equipped built-in kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, fully automatic coffee maker, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, and toaster, leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathroom features a bathtub with a shower screen, a sink, and a toilet. Blackout pleated blinds, curtains, shutters, and soundproof glass ensure restful nights. In the summer, you can enjoy relaxing hours in the sun or shade, or even barbecue evenings in our garden. Wi-Fi and the parking space under the carport are available to our guests free of charge.
On-site costs: 30% deposit via bank transfer after booking; 70% due 4 weeks before arrival, plus a security deposit of 100 €. The base price includes bed linens, 1 towel set per person per week, Wi-Fi, 1 carport parking space, and final cleaning. For a fee: use of washing machine, dryer, electric car charging station, and—new starting mid-September—hot tub/physical therapy cabin (adults only). Tourist tax per night: May through Sept.: Adults €1.40; children ages 7–17: €0.90; children 6 and under: free; Oct. through April: adults: €1.25; children ages 7–17: €0.85; children 6 and under: free. Keys are provided via a key safe.
