In addition to the Eibsee near GAP, one of the clearest lakes in Europe is the Badersee.
This region is highly sought after for mountain biking, hiking, relaxation, swimming, mountaineering, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, and more!!

A very quiet, undisturbed, and exceptional location!
Apartment, shower or bathtub, toilet, 2 bedrooms:
Our large, modern, and cozy VACATION APARTMENT offers 100 square meters of space for up to 4 people with a separate entrance.
The cozy living room, featuring a dining area, seating area, and satellite TV, invites you to relax. Of particular note is the open-face wood-burning stove in the living room, which you can light yourself.
We have firewood right outside the cabin! You can also use a BOOSE sound system and play music via Bluetooth from your smartphone.
The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a Quooker faucet, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, citrus juicer, Saeco coffee maker, and Thermomix, leaves nothing to be desired.
The vacation rental has 2 bedrooms with double beds; the mattresses are separate in each room (1 electric). The bedrooms are located about 10 meters apart at opposite ends of the hallway.
The new, spacious bathroom—featuring underfloor heating and clay plaster for an optimal indoor climate, as well as a walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, and a window—rounds out the overall picture. There is a separate toilet with a window in the apartment.
The hallway features a cozy sitting area. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire vacation rental.
The vacation rental has 2 balconies, one facing east and one facing west, each with 2 folding tables and 2 chairs.
You can also enjoy the large garden with its own terrace and chill-out lounge, complete with a barbecue fireplace.
Hiking maps, travel tips, and informational materials are available. NEW: A wallbox for electric cars is available.
On-site costs: A prepayment of 50% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Payment can be made by bank transfer, in cash, or with a debit card on-site. For your own protection, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance from Hanse Merkur.Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Check-out is due by 10:00 a.m. Late check-out is available upon request! (Cost: €60) Keys will be handed over in person or, if necessary, via a key box. Pets are allowed for a fee of €20 per day per pet. Non-smoking apartment. A baby crib as an extra bed, as well as a high chair and baby bouncer, are available upon request. A visitor’s tax of €3 will be charged separately on-site.
