Our detached vacation home in the hamlet of "Tannenmühle" offers you a peaceful, nature-filled stay. Enjoy the covered sun terrace and the lawn with its magnificent mountain views, or take advantage of the many activities available in the area (many of which are included with the included Königscard!). Whether you’re in the mood for boat tours, biking, mountain railways, or tobogganing; museums, fishing, shopping, or hiking; paragliding or rock climbing—there’s something for every taste and every weather condition, and it’s all just a stone’s throw away from the Tannenmühle!
Vacation home / 3 bedrooms / shower, toilet:
Your vacation home (75 square meters) is laid out as follows: 1 living-dining room with a wood-burning stove, 1 kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (one with an en suite bathroom), 2 bathrooms (both with showers), 1 small living room with a pull-out sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (bottom: 140x200, top: 90x200) … all set on over 1,000 square meters of land (with a meadow and forest, surrounded by a stream).
In the summer, you can round off a day of swimming (in one of the surrounding lakes) with a barbecue on the terrace …
In winter, after your downhill and cross-country skiing trips, you can warm up by the cozy wood-burning stove (firewood provided free of charge) …
Even when the weather is bad, you won’t get bored here: we have a selection of board games—some familiar, others new—at your disposal. We also offer a fiber-optic internet connection …
Eating is a necessity, savoring is an art! That’s a must on vacation! We provide you with a particularly well-equipped kitchen: raclette, fondue (meat + cheese), a crêpe maker, a sandwich maker, 4 coffee makers of your choice, a food processor, etc.—all of which complement the basic amenities of a stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and SodaStream.
A local bakery and cheese shop are within walking distance—perfect for breakfast and snacks! There’s also a 24-hour food vending machine stocked by an organic farm, which covers your basic needs (especially handy when you first arrive).
We also offer a locked garage for your car, bicycles, and ski gear.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee of 8 € per pet per day (dog supplies included: dog bed, food bowl, etc.).
Our house is also equipped to meet the needs of small children (crib incl. linens, baby bathtub, high chair, play mat) for a one-time flat fee of 25 €.
Please note: Our vacation home cannot be rented for parties such as bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar events.
On-site costs: - A deposit of 200€ is due one week after booking; please transfer the remaining balance plus a 100€ security deposit no later than 4 weeks before arrival. You will receive the bank account details from the host after booking. - Check-in time: from 3:00 PM – Check-out time: by 11:00 AM – Keys are handed over contactlessly via a keybox; the code will be provided by the host. – Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed for an additional fee of €8 per pet per night. A maximum of 3 dogs is allowed. - Rates for babies and toddlers available upon request. - A baby kit is available for a flat fee of 25€ (crib with linens, high chair, baby bathtub, and play mat) - A visitor’s tax of €1.95 per person per day (ages 16 and up; ages 6–15: €0.90 per person per day; free for children under 5) must be paid in addition to the total bill. - A security deposit of €100.00 must be transferred. - Included services: gas, water, electricity, and final cleaning; Wi-Fi; firewood for the wood-burning stove; towels (1 shower towel, 1 beach towel, 1 regular towel per person), bed linens (beds already made), dishwashing supplies (sponge, brush, dish towels, dish soap), Parking is provided
