Guest Room: Full-size bed, large TV, dresser, and closet. Please note: this room does not have A/C, but a fan is provided, and the room stays comfortable with it.
Full Bathroom: Shower/tub combo.
Laundry Area: Full-size washer and dryer with provided supplies.

MAIN FLOOR
- Bright Kitchen: Quartz counters, gas cooktop, and stainless steel appliances. Fully stocked with kitchen essentials, including oils and spices.
- Dining Area: Seats 4, with additional bar seating.
- Living Room: Cozy couch, fireplace, smart TV, desk, and comfortable chair – perfect for work or relaxation. Enjoy A/C on this level.
- Private Patio: Shaded and fenced, ideal for sipping coffee or wine in peace.

LOWER LEVEL
- Converted Bedroom Space: Brand-new queen bed, closet, and natural light from window. This level does not have A/C but stays naturally cool year-round.
- Garage: Narrow single-car garage 15' max in length; one foot in from the front of the garage has a height clearance of 42.24”. A parking pass for street parking is provided as well. - Pet-friendly for up to two dogs with prior approval for $75/each per stay.
- Guest will be required to sign a Guest Stay Agreement with Copper Key Properties and have a $500 security deposit hold for June-July 2026 stays.
