Great Place just above Fremont, block from the Bridge Troll. Nice walk down to Lake Union. A little tricky getting the key code to work, but once i/wee got the hang of it, worked fine. The garage, as described is a tight fit, but doable. Would stay there again.!

Just returned home from staying 3 days 2 nights at this property. Overall the townhouse was located in a great area, it was very clean and ready for us as expected. Rooms were a great size. Plenty of provided entertainment by the host. The few things I found that were just minor inconveniences:1.The stairs were on the shallow side. I'm a size 11 foot and had to angle my foot just to make sure I didn't fall down the stairs. 2. In the bottom floor room there were no blinds/curtains on the sliding glass patio door. With a clear view of the multi story apartments just across the alley. 3. In both of the upstairs bedrooms not having a bed side lamp was a little inconvenient. As well as not having night stands for one side in one of the rooms. 4. The nails holding on the edge trim on the stairs poked out when stepped on. Poked feet and ripped some socks during our stay 5. Not having a working umbrella to go over the hot tub. Also having to wait a whole day for the hot tub to warm up. Super minor inconvenience.Pros that the property had that would make me want to book with them again: 1. Location. Minutes from downtown, walking distance to Great little bistros and coffee shops. 2. Check in process was the easiest I had come across. 3. The price was too good to not book this place compared to hotels offering the same amenities.

Comfortable, roomy, clean home. Good location for local businesses and downtown Seattle. Parking can be difficult and often not available on the same block as the property. Garage is very small and will accept only a compact car. The house has 2 sets of stairs (15 steps each) so beware for anyone with mobility issues. The neighborhood is in a hilly area and important to know if you plan on doing a lot of walking.
