Our condo is located on the top (third) floor of the building, offering added privacy and stunning views. Guests will have access to the full unit and can enter both the building and the condo using a smart lock system for added convenience and security. Key House Rules:

• The regular nightly rate covers 8 guests. All reservations must indicate an accurate number of people who will be staying in the home and only the numbers of guests indicated can stay the night.

• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.

• Strictly NO PARTIES and EVENTS, Quiet Hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including in the building common area, . $500 fine per violation.

• Ring doorbell and floodlight security cameras for exterior use only.

• Fireplace for decoration only. Please do not turn it on

• No Pet is allowed on the property.
