About this house rental
Furnished very clean studio is Located in Vancouver. Easy to get UBC and Down Town, close to the, beaches, restaurants, bus routes and surrounded by parks.
The space is totally private with private entrance in a safe, quiet and trendy neighbourhood. Very nice area to walk.
There is free street parking in-front of the house.
We are Super Host with Airbnb.
Other things to note: the space is not a basement nor condo. It is a garden suite with access to the backyard. To get the suite, please walk in the side yard from left side house.

The place was very clean. We wanted the big city and also wanted peace and quiet and this property was great for that. We loved the extras, like the snacks , coffee and tea choices. The just was very accessible and answered any questions we had. We definitely would stay here again.

Great location in a lovely neighbourhood. The apartment had a walk out to the backyard with table and chairs and a barbecue with a nice view of the beautiful garden. The kitchenette had all the amenities you need and was perfect for our five day stay.Thank you to our host for all the extras too (coffee tea, milks, Yogourt, eggs and snacks too). The house is close to many beaches and to UBC, Kitsilano and Granville. We walked easily to lovely coffee bars on 10th. We would rent here again.

This was the perfect space for me. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Nitra was friendly and helpful and responsive to messages when I had questions. Pleasant, walkable neighbourhood. I would definitely stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was in a nice part of town and the host left us some extra snacks and drinks. It was clean and had everything we required.
