Basement Bathroom door knob was missing. Same bathroom wash basin drain was blocked/locked, so we could not use the basin.

Rymligt, bra kök, bra med två badrum. Snygg inredning. Bra läge. Lugnt område. Tyst på natten. Bra wifi. Det fanns en strömadapter.
Bara ett täcke i dubbelsängarna. Relativt smala sängar. Dåligt städat. Dålig mörkläggning i sovrummen. Väldigt kallt inomhus (vistades där i slutet på April).

Location, ample space, immaculate finishes and decoration. It was a huge gorgeous apartment in best area in London but very badly maintained
Lack of repair, the bed in the master bedroom was broken and the repair guy did not show up until the third day of our five day stay. We slept on the floor for three nights. Very bad stains on the carpets. Slow sinks and non flushing toilets, not to mention small items that were not significant. The worst thing that it took them 3 days to fix these problems despite the fact that they were aware of them before we checked in.
