Location is fantastic, 1 min from tube, 5 mins from Portabello Market. Apt is above a row of shops which was very handy for supplies. Had a couple of small issues which were dealt with very promptly.
Apt is above a row of shops on a busy street, opposite a pub and only single glazed windows so we heard all of the noise from outside. Window in upstairs bedroom did not fit the window frame so there was a gap (weather was hot but in winter it would be freezing). The whole apt looks like it needs freshening up with a lick of paint.

Piso con todos los complementos y comodidades para estar agusto: secador de pelo, plancha para la ropa, mantitas para el sofá, una buena tele... Mis hijos querían quedarse un rato más en lugar de querer salir a ver la ciudad!!! 😃 Cocina muy bien equipada y un lugar excelente, con varios supermercados cerca, pubs, cafeterías...y transportes públicos.
Las ventanas son antiguas y no aíslan demasiado pero cuando se está cansado, no hay problema
