La ubicación es excelente. Si bien está en un subsuelo, es muy luminoso y fresco. La propiedad es realmente grande. Viaje con niños y tenían buen espacio para jugar y durmieron súper bien. Sin duda volvería a elegirlo.
Tal vez falte un poco de limpieza. Teníamos que mantener limpia la cocina porque se llenaba de hormigas. El wifi no llega a la última habitación. Se escucha muy leve el metro, pero no se asusten. Es casi imperceptible. Viaje con una bebé de 7 meses y no tuve problemas. Por último, a la cuna de la bebé le faltaba la base sobre la que apoya el colchón.

I could not recommend this property more. My friends and I stayed here while on exchange from Canada. The location was amazing, the host Anna was spectacular and was so kind.
Unfortunately we did have our boiler break after the first day of being at the property, but our host was so accommodating and was able to offer us a discount for our group. She tried her absolute best to help try and resolve the issue as best as possible. We genuinely could not recommend this stay more, especially for a larger group/ family.

La ubicación es estupenda y está muy bien comunicado por autobús y metro con todos los lugares de interés de Londres. El tamaño del apartamento es grande.
La atención al cliente muy mala. No respondieron mis mails previos al viaje y eso derivó en una discusión con quien me atendió por teléfono cuando llegué que fue muy desagradable. Las camas tienen colchones muy blandos.
