Comfortable apartment for a family of 5. The location is superb, with Nottinghill Gate underground and 4 supermarkets within 5 mins walk. Short walk to Portobello market as well. Quaint and nice neighbourhood with no lack of cafes and eateries. The check in and communications with host was seamless. Will stay again if we visit London!
The bathroom (shower cubicle) was a bit small.

Location is fantastic - transport links, shops, pubs & restaurants. Apartment was unusual in a nice way, had everything needed - 2 bedrooms, sizeable kitchen/living room.
No separate bathroom: shower, wash basin & WC all separate. Stairs are steep and awkward for elderly guests.

Great location.
Scruffy decor. Separate wc, no basin. Basin outside wc in hall. Shower and another tiny basin off one bedroom. One double bed wobbly and broken, other one good. No bedside cabinets. No hotvwater when we arrived but agent or owner was quick to respond and talked me through topping up the water pressure in the combi boiler. Hot water then good. Tiny access door to shower cubicle.
