Great space and location but needs some TLC

Good location at the marina and great size apartment. Decor was nice. Lots of kitchenware and extra bathroom towels for our stay. Shower was roomy with good water pressure. Bed and pillows were comfy as was the sofa. Nice large wardrobe.

Unfortunately we mainly booked the apartment for the view but when we got there one of the window blinds was broken and pulled three quarters of the way down the window, couldn't open it. The window blind in the bedroom was also broken so we couldn't open it. Inside windows and mirrors had noticeable dirty smudges and overall cleanliness was not great. Tv coming off the wall in the living area so dared not touch it. We don't usually leave detailed reviews but it was disappointing as we read it had been newly renovated and the reviews & photos looked great. Some noise as you would expect from the restaurants below but most nights it was quiet by 9/10pm. Fri 30th Jan the Italian restaurant to the right had a DJ event on that ended up with house music pumping through the apartment until after 1am and people staying in the apartment/s above shouting, running up and down stairs and buzzing the alarm until 4am.

Comfortable apartment near trams and interesting museums.

The location was great. Easy to reach trams and museums. The apartment is a good size and the kitchen area very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of nice kitchen ware. Easy to cook and enjoy meals.

A few essential items such as shampoo and soap were missing. Having a few days of coffee would have been nice. We would have appreciated instructions in English on how to use the heater as well as the washer and dryer. The dryer needed maintenance but we were able to clean out the lint trap and make it work. Routine maintenance would have helped.

Superb location, shy of a fresh smell

the apartment and bed are both spacious. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The italian restaurant and grill joint downstairs are both superb. Location is good, near all the attractions.

Since it's above several restaurants, the smell of food is very strong even with all the windows shutted.

Nice!

The location was wonderful: room with view over the harbour and MAS, close to restaurants, the city center and the Schelde

I had no warm water, but that was fixed after I found out how to restart the system. The television can only be used to stream Netflix, but that did not work. I notified the owner but they did nothing to fix it. The bedroom window opens to a ventilation schaft that smells horribly, but it was not very hot, so that was not a problem during my stay. Yes, there were some things wrong, but the view made up for a lot of inconveniances :-)

Een aantal dingen waren stuk (gordijn, klink wc) en helaas beddengoed van extra bed niet heel schoon en lagen overal nog wat prulletjes van voorgangers. Verder geen wifi

Super locatie en mooi appartement

Locatie is top, precies tegenover het MAS. Heel fijne bedden in slaapkamer, prima douche.

Bedbank moesten we zelf opmaken en er lag helaas geen briefje om het eea uit te leggen zoals waar het beddengoed lag, wat de wifi code was en hoe de verwarming aan moest. Dit zou voor een volgende gast van groot voordeel zijn

Een praktisch appartement in een leuke omgeving

De locatie was leuk bij t Eilandje bij de MAS en op loopafstand van het centrum. De badkamer met goede (regen)douche was prima, en we hebben zelf ‘n koekenpan meegenomen voor de zondagochtend eitjes. Verder een praktisch appartement op de eerste etage voor ons gezin.

De (slaap) bank en losse (sier)kussens waren niet schoon en het rook er niet fris. We hadden problemen met de buitendeur die van binnenuit soms niet open te maken was als er nog iemand van ons gezin later naar buiten wilde gaan. Kon alleen door ‘n gezinslid aan de buitenkant met code geopend worden. Iets om rekening mee te houden.

Stinky stinky

Uitzicht op MAS

Het stonk er verschrikkelijk: rioollucht/ afvoer restaurant. Echt heel erg. Het rolgordijn in de woonkamer waar een van ons sliep was kapot. Bij contact opnemen verhuurder over deze zaken kreeg ik een out of office van zwangerschapsverlof. Ook de dagen later geen reactie. Keuken was ook niet zo goed qua voorzieningen. Geen koekenpan oid, geen afwasborstel of afwasmiddel.

Belle vue sur le MAAS

la vue sur le Maas est incroyable, le quartier est calme et facile d'acces avec des parkings à proximité. L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel

Le lave vaissel n'était pas rangé. Il n'y avait plus de pads pour le café. La chambre est confortable mais elle est à coté d'un petit toit avec des systèmes de ventilation (climatisation des restaurants) qui font du bruit. Il n'y avait peu de savon pour se doucher. Très mauvais Wifi/réseau.

Gute Adresse für einen Städtetrip

Heller grosser Wohn- und Küchenraum, modern eingerichtet, grosse Fenster mit Blick auf das Museum MAS . Küche gut ausgestattet. Bett ok

Im WC keine Lüftung. Nachttischlampen ohne Schalter, man muss jedes Mal den Stecker ziehen. Das Internet WiFi war während Tagen völlig unbrauchbar, oft gar keine Verbindung, oder dann sehr schwankend. Dusche/Bad Raum sehr eng, knapp Platz für 1 Person, zudem keine Türe zum Schlafraum. Die Treppe zur Wohnung im 1. Stock ist sehe sehr steil und eng, das Gepäck nach oben zu bringen ist für ältere Leute eine Herausforderung.

Heerlijk appartement met prachtig uitzicht

Van begin tot eind perfect. Heel duidelijke instructies voor het inchecken. Super net appartement met uitzicht op iconische MAS. Het appartement zelf was tip top verzorgd, de douche was heerlijk en ik heb heerlijk geslapen. Restaurants en supermarkten zijn pal om de hoek. Ik kom terug!

De locatie was uiteraard perfect. En de accomodatie was ligt ruimtelijk, slaapkamer knus

Tolle Lage, Badezimmer ohne Tür und Bad/schlafzimmerbeleuchtung verbessern

Die Lage gleich bei der MAS, tolle Aussicht, bequemes großes Bett, die Küche. Spielplatz beim MAS um Die Ecke (Schiff - am letzten Tag entdecket)

Im Bad hat die Tür komplett gefehlt - auf den Bildern sieht es so aus, es gibt eine.. dadurch wird einem beim duschen kalt/ ist unangenehm. Das Bad ist zugänglich nur vom Schlafzimmer aus und wenn Licht im Bad ist, stört dies den Schlaf. Im Bad gibt es keine Möglichkeit ein „kleines Licht“ anzumachen - bzw. Von innen einem Badezimmerschrank, was nicht wirklich praktikabel ist, da man zuerst durch den dunkelen schlaf- und Badezimmer muss.. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es zwar eine Nachttischlampe, die hat leider keinen Schalter zum An und ausmachen - man muss den Stecker ziehen. Also wenn einer im Schlafzimmer schon schläft, haben wir das Bad nicht mehr genutzt oder nur mit Handy Licht.. Plus: Das schlafzimmer ist dunkel, aber ruhig - siehe Fotos. Hellhörige Wände, hat uns aber nicht gestört

Fantastisch!

Wat een geweldige locatie en wat een uitzicht vanuit het appartement! Wij waren heel aangenaam verrast! Uitzicht op het MAS en vlakbij alles wat je nodig hebt! Het appartement is mooi ingericht en alle nodige faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. Zeker een aanrader voor een verblijf in Antwerpen!

Jammer genoeg is het niet gelukt om de TV te verbinden met internet (uitleg is ook niet echt duidelijk). Het zetelbed is niet echt comfortabel.

Fijn lang weekend gehad in Antwerpen in een prettige en sfeervolle accommodatie!

Smaakvol ingericht met fijne spullen. Locatie is goed, met uitzicht op het oude dok en het MAS. Huur stepjes en fietsen voor de deur.

Prijs wat aan de hoge kant. Wel wat geluidsoverlast van de bar beneden.
