Welcome to our bright one-room apartment with a balcony, located in a quiet residential complex in the Nordhelmsiedlung! This cozy apartment offers you the perfect retreat for your stay on Norderney.
The spacious living-bedroom is tastefully furnished and features a comfortable double fold-out bed, electric shutters, and an additional sofa area for relaxing, as well as a dining area where you can enjoy your meals. The separate, fully equipped kitchen provides all the amenities you need to prepare your own meals.
The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and toilet, ensuring additional comfort during your stay.
From the kitchen window and the new balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the newly landscaped garden.
The apartment’s location is ideal: It’s just a 4-minute walk to the beach, and about 400 meters away at Norderneyer Kap, you’ll find a bakery and a grocery store, so you can easily get everything you need.
