The house is located in the restricted-access zone on Waldweg. A supermarket, bakery, and bike rental shops are within a 5- to 10-minute walk. Die FeWo liegt sehr nah am Nordstrand (2min Fußweg), wo auch direkt ein kleiner Spielplatz für Kinder ist. Die Wohnung ist mit allem notwendigen für eine Familie ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung ist allerdings in die Jahre gekommen. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgewogen.
