The Jade 3 vacation rental is located on the first floor of a well-maintained house on Norderney and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing stay by the North Sea. Thanks to its location near the beach—just about 350 meters from Nordstrand—this accommodations are ideal for both families and couples who value comfort and functionality. It can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment covers a total of 48 m² and features three rooms, including a separate bedroom with hardwood floors and a living room with a cozy sofa area. Two of the four sleeping arrangements are intended exclusively for children, making the accommodation particularly family-friendly. Babies and children are welcome; a crib and a high chair are available upon request. The apartment also features exterior roller shutters for blackout.
