Die Lage nur einige wenige Schritte zum Strand. Der Südbalkon ist sehr schön gelegen. Vom Balkon aus eine ruhige Aussicht auf einen kleinen Wald . Fußläufig ist ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt erreichbar. Sehr gute Busverbindung von der Fähre zum Kiefernhaus. Sauberes, gepflegtes Appartement. Zum Zentrum Norderney Badehaus und Cafés sowie zu Geschäften alles ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten kein Fahrrad mit aber man kann auch überall Fahrräder mieten. Busse fahren regelmäßig über die Insel für alle die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind .

Die Ausstattung des Balkons (Kissen und Sonnenschutz) war nicht auf dem neusten Stand. Es fehlte uns auch eine Möglichkeit um die nassen Badesachen aufzuhängen.
