The 3.5-room vacation apartment, located on the 1st and 2nd floors, measures 62 m² and faces southwest toward a pine forest. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a dining area, a refrigerator, and a freezer, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet and a cozy living room with a TV. There is also a separate bedroom with two single beds in the gable end on the second floor (accessible via the staircase). Its immediate proximity to the north beach makes it ideal for beachgoers and those who enjoy strolling along the shore. The house is located in the parking permit zone on Waldweg. Supermarkets, bakeries, and bike rental shops are easily accessible within a 5–10-minute walk. Parking is available at the house. The service fee is waived for bookings of 7 nights or more.
