Cozy 2-room apartment in a prime beach location with a large south-facing balcony (approx. 8 m²) that’s sheltered from the wind yet bathed in sunshine from morning to evening.
If it’s too windy at the beach, just relax at home in a lounge chair.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and consists of a bright living room with two single fold-out beds and access to the balcony.
A new, lovingly designed bedroom—custom-built by a carpenter—serves as an oasis of comfort with a 180 cm box-spring bed. Equipped with thermal roller blinds to keep the bedroom pleasantly cool even during the hottest summer days. Shower room with toilet, a new modern kitchen, and a hallway. Smoking and bringing pets are not permitted.
The house is located in the quiet Nordhelmsiedlung neighborhood in a prime beach location (Nordbadestrand) behind the dunes. 100 meters to the beach. Less than a 3-minute walk to the beach access at Café Cornelius.
