The full-size kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and all the necessary utensils, makes preparing meals easy. Gather around the dining table that seats six or unwind on the oversized couch in the living area, ideal for movie nights or relaxing after a day at the beach. The large private balcony, accessible from the living area, invites you to take in stunning Gulf views from the 10th floor.
The spacious primary bedroom features a cozy king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. The first guest room also includes a king bed, while the second guest room offers a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful stay for everyone.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

I love this condo unit. This is my second stay at The Palms and i will be back. Easy to find, easy to park, easy to access... this property is kept so clean!!! Those ladies are washing the lobbys all the time. Due to its smaller size if you rent chairs you usually get on the water or at most in a second row.verses the massive condo next door that will have rows and rows of chairs. We absolutely loved our stay. The view is awesome. The condo was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. We had no issues. Really appreciate all the details we got. Management was very organized. Highly recommend!!
