Location and balcony

Mold in both bathrooms, missing door on laundry, torn old shower curtain, and not even a salt shaker. A 9:00 check out will prevent us from using Southern Vacation. Sent pictures of the problems and was asked if it was like that when we checked in. Don’t believe I can grow mold in a day!
