CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

This place was nice and as pictured. We like this complex since it’s relatively small compared to some others. Nice, comfortable, clean and would stay here again. However, I’m a little frustrated with the communication. I did not receive notification that the code to get in and out of the building from the pool and beach would change. I’m assuming it changes every Saturday but we got stuck outside on the boardwalk with all of our beach stuff twice with no clue why the code wasn’t working. The second time another guest told us the code had changed. I double checked my VRBO messages and email to make sure I didn’t miss anything. This should be communicated either when booking or at check in, or via text/DM in app.

Our condo was very nice, clean with beautiful view. Next year we will time our visit better- each week we were there was very busy due to various spring breaks. Usually not so busy the whole time that we’re there.
