Additionally, a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room expands the accommodation capacity of this unit to 8 guests, ensuring comfort for your entire group or family.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. After a rough start getting a Hold of someone for some questions regarding access for my sons recently broken foot and condo furnishings, a third call landed me with someone who answered all the questions and offered options for us to accommodate a scooter and set of crutches. Kitchen was well stocked in with anything and everything we needed to cook with! We like to cook in, so this was an important amenity for us! The beach service was reasonable and much appreciated. The balcony was amazing….lots of room to move around! We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone.

The accommodations were very nice and as listed. We really liked the very large balcony. We were disappointed that the dishwasher was broken, so we had to hand wash everything. We reported this to Liquid Life, but it was not fixed during our stay. Other than that, we had a really nice time.

We loved the beach. This unit was very outdated as far as furniture goes. I feel the pictures misrepresented the space. We would not return to the Palms again.
