The Palms 716 is a beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bath west-corner condo offering panoramic Gulf-front views from the 7th floor. This spacious coastal retreat provides exceptional comfort and some of the best vistas in Orange Beach.

• Vinyl plank flooring is in the bedrooms and the living room, with tile flooring throughout the rest of the unit
• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your home-away-from-home; the dining table seats six and there are two barstools for additional seating.
• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit
• Living area has a sofa sleeper
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed
• Second bedroom features two twin-size beds
• Third bedroom has a queen-size bed

This was the perfect location for a relaxing recharge. Nice accomodations, calm neighbors and security onsite. Views are amazing.
End of season stay so expected wear and tear but overall no complaints.

Had to ask for help with operating the TV’s…this is after I specifically requested that owners leave basic instructions for using remotes. We ask this every year & never get help with this.Had to ask for blankets, too.

Immediately before arriving we were informed one if the bathrooms had a cracked tub/shower and could not be fixed or used. We paid dearly for 3 bedrooms and 3 baths for my family and no compensation was offered. We made due with significant inconvenience and enjoyed our annual family beach trip in spite of this but cannot recommend this property or this management company. Property very outdated and in need of renovation.
