About this house rental

Offering your very own slice of the southern peninsula on a sprawling 1154m2 (approx.) allotment, the interior is defined by light timber flooring, whitewashed walls, exposed timber ceilings and a relaxed Hamptons aesthetic that nods to the nautical.

Lovely living areas on both levels provide ample room to spread out with ease, while a large kitchen, natural timber countertops and sleek white appliances overlooks a dining zone with comfy built-in bench seating.

Enjoying blissful views across the coastal panorama from Arthurs Seat to Main Ridge and the foreshore dunes of this glorious seaside location, the home is flanked by a huge alfresco sun deck to dine outdoors or bask in the sunshine overlooking the rolling green lawn with trampoline and swings/cubby house, it’s kids paradise.

Multi-zoned ducted heating/refrigerated cooling, carport and ample off street parking, all only footsteps to cafes, Back Beach Cellars and the local milk bar and a short zip to The Dunes Golf Links, with Peninsula Hot Springs just beyond.
NB. The garage/bungalow is not for use.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our two families had a lovely stay at this great house. Fantastic location within a few mins walk to a couple of great coffee shops (one vegan) and other convenient shops (milk bar, liquor shop, fish and chips selling lots of good take away options including pizza, surf shop). Walking distance to a gorgeous back beach for walks (it is rough through so not suitable for swimming). Short drive to lots of great beaches and other places on the Peninsula, including the hot springs, Dunes golf course, St Andrews Brewery, Gunnamatta surf beach (patrolled) and many lovely front beaches and coastal areas House was very well set up with all the amenities you need and a fabulous large back yard. Great for families, our kids loved it. The backyard got a lot of sun in the morning but there was no shade, this was manageable for us but perhaps an umbrella or some kind of shade would have been good for the day time to allow for dining outside etc. The upstairs area was quite warm on hot days. Fans were provided but the air con doesn't really cool upstairs. We would stay here again though, ticked lots of great boxes. Loved the area and house.
