About this house rental
Welcome to Ridgepoint Townhomes! The perfect location and a fantastic ski in/ski out 3 bedroom + loft townhouse accommodating up to eight guests comfortably over three floors, offering plenty of space for your whole group to relax in!
*The Ridgepoint Community will be undergoing exterior building painting, one building per week, beginning June 1 - August 15, Monday - Saturday including 4th of July. No refunds will be offered due to construction.
Upon entering this wonderful home you'll find all three bedrooms, washer/dryer, and guest bathroom. The master suite features a brand new king bed, large flat screen TV and attached en-suite bathroom with double granite sinks and full glass and stone shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV and a step out deck facing the tennis courts, the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The third bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds, TV and new furnishings. All beds offer brand new hotel quality linens and luxury pillow-top feather-beds. The guest bathroom features a granite sink with alder cabinets and a shower/tub combination.
On the main level, gather with family and friends in the spacious living room furnished with new leather couches, tables and custom art. The rolled steel and knotty alder gas sealed fireplace creates the perfect cozy spot to warm up in after a successful day of adventuring. Catch a movie or the big game on the 55” Smart TV or walk out the deck door and soak up the beautiful views and fresh mountain air.
Entertaining is effortless in the fully equipped kitchen with Alder cabinets, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances, everything you'll need to prepare a delicious feast for the family. The dining room table seats 6 with an additional 5 seats at the breakfast bar offering ample seating for your entire group. The loft is located above the kitchen and provides a great escape area for the kids in the group and sleeps two.
Ease your muscles after a long day on the ski slopes in the relaxing community hot tub open year-round. Enjoy the outdoor heated pool in and tennis courts in the summer!
Talk about location, this townhome is the closest to and just steps away from, the ski in/out access to the Lower Beaver Creek lift. Ridgepoint is a special place to stay with great access, (only a few minutes) to the center of Beaver Creek Village. There is free transportation available on the Village Shuttle to any location within the village for guests so you can leave your worries and car behind! Available for long-term winter rentals!
*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.
THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

We loved our stay at 125, it was very spacious, clean, had all the amenities you'd need and was directly across the street from the ski-in / ski-out path.

The place was in prestige condition and very clean. Only knock is the WiFi was out. Other than that amazing condo would absolutely recommend.

Pros: Really nice place about a mile down the main Beaver Creek Resort. The kitchen is spacious and stocked with dishes, pots, pans and even seasonings and maple syrup and such. Before grocery shopping, check out what can be used (like oil, salt, pepper) from the kitchen already.
The condo is overlooking the back side of the mountain and one of the bedrooms balcony led to the tennis courts (we stayed during spring break so it was full of snow, but I imagine that would be great during the summer months).
Each bedroom had a television and so did the living room.
We didn’t take advantage of the shuttles as we had our own rental but we saw them all the time.
Most of the condo is carpeted even the stairs, that was nice for the little ones especially.
The cable had a lot of channels including Disney and Nickelodeon which was helpful for the little ones.
Cons:We saw decorative tissue boxes throughout the condo but no tissue inside:(
I looked for a humidifier as the air is so dry, but I didn’t find one.
The bedroom with the twin beds could use a more updated television as the one in there now looks ancient.
The neighbors were loud two nights in a row.
FYI:There is hardy any room in the cabinets to put your own purchased groceries as the cabinets are all full. I just put our stuff on the counters, no big deal- there was still plenty of room. The loft upstairs was as cute as a button, the day bed was big enough to sleep one petite person.
Buy your own laundry detergents if you want to take advantage of the washer/dryer. There isn’t any individual sample boxes to use.
The mattresses could be comfier.
The community pool was out of service and the hot tub was usually full.
