About this house rental
This vacation rental home has wonderful views of the Beaver Creek Golf Course and valley with plenty of room to keep everyone happy on a family ski vacation. The spacious floor plan includes five bedrooms on three levels and a wonderful patio with seating and gas grill.
The entry level of the home is off the garage and features a laundry room and mud room with plenty of space for gear storage. A private queen room with ensuite bathroom, sitting area and TV is also on this level.
On the main level is a beautiful great room with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and comfortable sitting area with TV. Floor to ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light and views of the golf course.
The kitchen boasts granite counters, custom cabinetry and plenty of counter space with bar seating for four. An adjacent dining area seats six with plenty of windows surrounding. This open floor plan is perfect for entertaining.
In warmer months, enjoy the backyard and patio where you’ll find yourself overlooking the 5th Fairway of the Beaver Creek Golf Course.
A large master suite is on the main level with a king bed, TV, sitting area, access to the patio and its own ensuite bathroom. Also on the main level is a bedroom with a full-sized day bed, TV with games and ensuite bath that also connects to the foyer off the great room.
On the upper level are two more rooms and a loft overlooking the great room. One room has a king bed, flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom and the second room has one queen bed and two twin beds, also with its own bathroom.
This home has the added convenience of a two-car garage and driveway parking.
This home is pet-friendly with an additional $950 cleaning fee and written approval. Please contact us for details.

In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

This property exceeded expectations. It was clean, spacious, well stocked, and centrally located to stores/the mountain. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which is hard to come by in properties that sleep 10. The bus pick up system made getting to and from the mountain painless. The check in and out processes were simple. I would absolutely stay at this property again for future ski trips. Only “complaint” was the full sized bed with trundle was springy and uncomfortable. We were able to supplement with one of the extra twin beds. Amazing property overall.

We had an amazing stay at Chalet Fairway and hope to come back. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Beds were comfortable. We had a couple minor issues upon arrival and the management company was more than accommodating.

The home was clean, open, and had plenty of room and space for everyone. There was enough room around the table to eat and play games. Every room having their own bathroom is amazing. We will be back!
