House was great. We had zero issues. We were able to check in early, there was a gift basket in the kitchen and l'occitaine soaps in the bathroom. As you can tell from the photos, it's obviously not a new house, so we were worried that some stuff might be broken or damaged. But everything in the house works well. The only constructive advice I can give is this: they have blocked the road that connects the BC entrance to Beaver Creek Dr. So add 3 extra min to your commute from Avon, Vail, etc. And because this is the farthest house on the Village Connect route, expect longer waits and commutes at times.

This was a spacious house for our entire family (grandparents, parents, multiple young kids), and very close to the slopes which was made even better by the shuttle that picks you up and drops you off at the front door! Dean was also extremely responsive and helpful throughout our trip. The firewood was the best! We always had a fire going. We so appreciate all of his help! Areas for improvement - communication prior to our stay and also the day we arrived was poor. We asked about a pack n play (which the house ended up having) and never received a confirmation. We were also very confused on how to get to the house with minimal directions provided before our stay, and on the phone, the property manager / reservations person was not helpful. Detailed instructions on how to set up the heat in each room would also be greatly appreciated. Finally, each of the showers also need a deep cleaning as they have mold.
