Welcome to the gorgeously renovated 98 Ridgepoint! This exquisite executive townhouse boasts some of the best found amenities in Beaver Creek including golf course views, ski in/out access, private grill and seasonal pool and year-round hot tub. Offering 3 bedrooms + loft and accommodating up to eight guests very comfortably.
*The Ridgepoint Community will be undergoing exterior building painting, one building per week, beginning June 1 - August 15, Monday - Saturday including 4th of July.
Upon entering this multi-level property you are met with vaulted ceilings and tons of light cascading in from all floors. All three bedrooms are on the entry level. Each each with comfortable mattresses and hotel quality linens. The primary suite offers a king size bed, step-out deck with golf-course views, en-suite bathroom with glass and tile shower and a soaking tub. The first guest bedroom is set with a king bed, TV and en-suite fitted with a shower/tub combo, while the second guest bedroom offers a queen size bed. The loft is equipped with double/double bunkbeds.
The chef's kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the service items needed to prepare a wonderful family feast. Don't feel like cooking? No problem, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from both in Beaver Creek village and the surrounding town of Avon.
After a successful day of adventures enjoy the community hot tub to soak sore muscles or cozy up next to the wood burning fireplace to warm up. There's plenty of room for your entire group to stretch out in this spacious home and on the welcoming couches while enjoying your favorite flick.
Have a larger group? No problem as 100 Ridgepoint is located right next door and can accommodate another 10 guests. Please contact us for pricing and availability. Beaver Creek is perfect no matter the season. Offering hiking on flower dotted hills, gondola rides, horseback riding, golfing, play grounds, and some of the best skiing around.
*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.
THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

The townhome was clean and very comfortable. The location was ideal and the community was charming. Very close to the pool and hot tub made it even more of an epic trip. Thank you to the host and BC management company!

We were in the area to play in the Vail Lacrosse Tourney. This property was perfectly located; close to the town of Avon and Beaver Creek restaurant/shopping area, and 7 Miles from Vail where our fields were for the tourney. View of the mountain, golf course, and town from our balcony was beautiful! We 100% recommend this property! It did not disappoint in any way.
