The room was wonderful. It was nice to have a sofa to sit on instead of just sitting on beds. The full kitchen was nice.

Great hotel, very large rooms, but extremely hard mattresses with scratchy sheets (even when compared to other Japanese hotels we stayed in). The adults slept on top of the down comforters, but otherwise the property was lovely.

Spacious for a large family- bunk beds, dining area kitchenette. Full spacious bathroom and a half bath(toilet) are perfect for a larger family. Close to Nijo castle-a must see. Laundry is a plus, plenty of toiletries and friendly receptionists.
