    Central to tourist attraction but some time to walk to train station. Very quiet. Safe place for families.

    This place is worth the money. Near the cozy market place, Sanjo shopping street, bus stops and metro station. I'll stay here again if I come to visit Kyoto.

    The location is within walking distance from a metro station but still a bit far from main attractions. The flat is overall spacious and clean. For those who travel with more than two members should beware that there are only two proper beds. The other two beds are sofa beds and they are not comfortable. A bad experience was that when I checked out the flat, I was in a rush. I soon realised that I forgot a few pieces of clothing still hanging in the closet. I emailed them within the same day. They said no clothing to be found. I was truly disappointed. Their cleaning staff must have been dishonest. A bad memory to my Kyoto trip.
