The apartment is large and spacious; only one of the bedrooms is very small, but we managed to settle in comfortably! Comfortable beds, everything clean! In the kitchen, I felt the only drawback was the lack of pans that wouldn't burn things, but we survived! Overall, it was a good stay!
There was only one issue with the heating, but it was resolved quickly; the administrator responded to messages promptly!

The keys are to be collected and handed back to and from a different location - a few metres away only. It is quite close and easy to do so. However, if you are only group of senior citizens then you would wanna think about the hassle of going to a separate place to collect the keys which is separate from the apartment.
The place is absolutely brilliant - I would definitely recommend it to everyone who is visiting Belfast! The flat feels like home and there were times when we didn’t want to leave the flat to see the city! It is a cosy apartment with all the facilities needed. Having said that, we did experience a lack of toilet paper and kitchen towels which we did not receive / they were not replenished after repeated requests. We only got an update when we had checked out. This being a necessary requirement for the stay and we had to manage our stay (part of our stay) without receiving it from the property, I have given the overall score of 7. If this requirement was fulfilled, I would have given this property a 9/10
Having said all of that, staying at this property, did make our stay memorable and we would definitely choose to come here again!

The apartment was well presented and comfortable. The directions were clear and we had no problem finding the place and checking in.
After my booking was confirmed and paid for, I was asked for a picture of my ID, which I found odd and I was uncomfortable with . I asked about whether the apartment recycles but didn't get an answer.

Property was very clean and comfortable the balcony was a nice added touch the kitchen and living room was spacious and had plenty of facilities
Walls are a bit thin can hear quite a lot from apartments above and below
