Beautiful 2 Bedroom Apartment Queens Quarter Lots Nearby - Pass the Keys

Basically a very beautifully furnished apartment in a quiet location.

My one gripe is that only one of the ceiling lights in the kitchen was working so it was quite dark in there in the evening

Perfect location for transport and restaurants. Secured.

Appartamento molto grande, con due camere da letto, due bagni, cucina e salotto. Tutto molto pulito ed organizzato bene. il termostato era regolabile così che potessimo accenderlo solo quando eravamo in casa. La zona è quella dell'università molto graziosa e tranquilla durante le vacanze di Natale.

The property location was perfect for the city centre. The bus stop right outside was ideal and made our weekend travelling around so much easier. We also arrived early and was able to access the property earlier than the check in time to store our cases which we were very grateful for.

The property itself needs some love & TLC. There was a lot of dust in both bedrooms. There was nowhere to hang towels in the en-suite bathroom and the shower door was awkward to open and shut. Both rooms had a strong smell of damp, particularly the bedding. The buttons on the sofas are hanging off and the cushions were stained. It’s a great apartment in a fantastic location. but it needs a little money spent on it and a bit of care & attention. We probably wouldn’t book this apartment again if we came back to Belfast purely for these reasons. The location was perfect though.
