Our stay here was nothing short of exceptional. The house perfectly balances rustic charm with excellent, modern facilities. It was incredibly comfortable and great from top to bottom. The peaceful location made for a wonderful escape, and the organic swim pond was a true highlight. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!
The only thing to keep in mind is the arrival. Driving the last road to get to the property is very tricky and narrow, so take your time when navigating it. Once you arrive, however, it is an absolute paradise! Highly recommended.

A great family weekend in a lovely home in a very peaceful location celebrating a milestone birthday. The house was well equipped, the surrounding garden is beautiful and the host was very helpful. I would definitely recommend.

The property is beautiful and in a lovely peaceful location. It had everything that you needed and more. The natural swimming pond was great and the hot tub was lovely.

The most beautiful house set in a relaxing setting in a valley in Branscombe Devon. We had a wonderful stay here and nothing was too much trouble, Ian was a fabulous host. Cannot recommend enough!
