This big detached converted barn is situated on a large Devon farm near the village of Southleigh and can sleep 14 people in six bedrooms.
The Barn is a big, smart detached house on a 200 acre Devon farm near the village of Southleigh. The house sleeps 14 people in six bedrooms with six bathrooms, including one easy access ground floor bedroom. On the ground floor is an open plan living space with seating area, dining area and kitchen. Outside is a paddock for games, a play area, a hot tub and a terrace with furniture and outdoor electric grill, as well as the farm to wander and enjoy outdoor activities. The Barn is a smashing base for big groups to enjoy a lovely Devon holiday. Note Please let us know at time of booking if you don't require the Hot Tub there is a £100 supplement to use the Hot Tub during you stay please bring your own towels. Note: Three well-behaved dogs welcome, there is a £75 pet supplement charged per dog.
Amenities: Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, fridge-freezer, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request, Off road parking for six cars. Children's play area, gas BBQ gas supplied, hot tub. Three well-behaved dogs welcome, there is a £75 pet supplement charged per dog. Sorry no smoking. We had a fabulous stay at the Barn. It was located in a stunning setting and was even more beautiful than the photos. The Barn itself was lovely and super clean. It worked really well for our multi generational family with plenty for the kids to do. They particularly loved the table football and hot tub. We visited Lyme and Beer when we were there which were both lovely and had a great trip.
