F4 Contractor & Team Flat - 4 Separate Beds - Van Parking & 1GB WiFi

Good location for what we needed, flat had everything for the family of 5

only downside was top window in master bedroom didn't have a blind, so was very light but we had young children so was up early anyway

Location and views over The Stray. Spacious and having a bathroom for each bedroom. Owner was easy to contact and quick to reply.

Sofa wasn’t overly comfortable, quite low. Kitchen tap leaked and couple of cleaning issues

Lovely views over the stray. Nice location and a lovely walk into the centre of Harrogate. Good parking included although a little bit of a squeeze if you have an estate car. The owner is responsive and communicates fast.

The place seems well set up if you were on a hen night or stag night and just want a quick crash pad… but for a family with children it was not ideal as you should be aware. There are no dark curtains currently in the property just a thin blind to stop people viewing in which lets all the sunlight in very early in the morningso the children wake up. The carbon monoxide alarm was not working when we left but the owner contacted me back to say that he had replaced the batteries yesterday afternoon and it was now operating (whilst we were there we had to turn the boiler off just to be careful as did not fancy sleeping in a room with a COAlarm that did not work.) . Toilet seats were loose and I reported those to the owner and he has assured me that he will have them fixed…. For the next people. I think the place just needs checking more frequently and things fixing. Based on all these things I found that the price was high for what it was.
