The staff were incredibly helpful and the hotel was fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay. It was slightly more expensive than some other options in Bangkok, but it was definitely worth it. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Property is near airport link, friendly staff. WiFi and 5G too poor so low rating
The WiFi is unusable. Same goes for 4G and 5G mobile network. Constantly 1 bar mobile.
Do not expect to do any meaningful online work during your stay.
