The staff was amazing Don and the team so kind and always there to help. It was also a perfect room to stay with my dog. The bed was very comfortable and I felt very safe at the hotel.

The location is excellent, making travel very convenient. There are delicious Thai restaurants right outside the hotel, and many shopping malls nearby offer a variety of international cuisines. The guesthouse was beautifully designed and clean, making for a very comfortable stay, and the staff were a definite plus.

The accommodation felt incredibly cozy and familiar right from the start. Everything was decorated with great attention to detail and a lot of love, which created a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. We had a very large room that was extremely comfortable and had a beautiful, individual interior style. All staff members were exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely caring – we felt very well looked after during our stay. The location was excellent and in a safe area. Everything we needed was close by, including great breakfast cafés and lovely restaurants just around the corner. Overall, the stay itself was truly wonderful.

Unfortunately, the reception is not always staffed. When we checked out, there was no one at the reception for a longer period of time. Since we had to leave for the airport and didn’t want to miss our taxi, we had no choice but to leave the key and check out without seeing anyone. Because of this, we were unable to receive our deposit refund on the spot. Getting the deposit back afterwards turned into a long and frustrating process, with delayed responses and eventually no replies at all. We had to follow up multiple times and finally involve Booking to resolve the issue. This was disappointing, as it was the only downside to an otherwise beautiful stay.

Unfortunately, my daughter found a cockroach creeping through the bedroom wall. Tried to kill it but it went under the bed. The room smelt of cat pee (understanding and acknowledging that it is a pet friendly accommodation). Second night in, the staff staying at the property was doing some construction in the room next door (some drilling and banging was happening when we returned to the room and this continued for the next hour or so - this was around 8-9pm) with really really loud music blasting. I have two small kids, maybe turn off the music and stop doing any re-modelling when he saw us returning to the room?
