エヤコンがきいていなかったり、乾燥機が使えなかったりと最初はビックリの連続でしたが、スタッフに連絡して(日本語がわかる人)すぐに対応してくれました。
エヤコンなんか2時間くらいかけて直してくれました。その後はとっても快適にすごせました。
また、ファミリールームがとても広くてみんなのんびりと過ごせました。
