-Amazing Amazing Amazing hotel staff, extremely professional and friendly -Wonderful location in a Japanese neighborhood, very beautiful and calm as well as perfect for those who love to walk and explore -Walking distance from EmQuartier and the other Em malls such as EmSphere -The hotel was super clean and the room was just magnificent on all aspects -The facilities were well maintained and updated, the gym was satisfying including the equipment selection despite the small size -The best value for money in this area

Location was great, room was very clean.

Water pressure was very low for the shower, gym could be improved and the non-airconditioned hallways are not ideal.

Amazing place

We stayed at Hotel Shine from 17 to 19 Sept and, at first, our experience was wonderful. The room was very spacious with a separate living room, a large wardrobe, and a nice bathroom with a bathtub. We really enjoyed our stay so much that my husband even extended our booking for one more night through Booking.com. Unfortunately, this is where the problems started. Even though the extra night was confirmed and paid for, the hotel called us and said it was not possible to stay because they had no available rooms. We had to pack all our things, check out, and move to another hotel nearby. The staff told us we would get a refund and that they would contact Booking.com. Now it has already been three weeks since our stay, and we still haven’t received the money back. The hotel staff never contacted Booking.com as promised, and we are still waiting for our refund. This situation ruined what was otherwise a very nice stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable, but the way this issue was handled was very disappointing. I hope the management will take responsibility and make sure such situations don’t happen again in the future.. and please to these hotel be Honest please these is completely not ok more in Thailand where values are amazing, you know very well you tell us we have to check out because you was full booked and you tell us Booking.com have a problem , so you make us pack all our things and make me and my wife take a taxi and lie in our face about you will contact Booking and they will refund us , and until now 3 weeks after , I received a message from customer service telling me they ask to the hotel and they said we check out on the 20 of September, these is a not true , you kick us out on the 19 of September, so please refund the money plus interest for all these time wasted , o at least a week free to stay with my wife next time we go to Bkk minimum .
