Was in town for travel with a number of friends who booked the same hotel. Very happy with the excellent service and friendlies from the very first meet. Easily assible to eateries, BTS Thong Lor, and other shops all around. Highly recommend and would return.

I added a "Mixed review" title for a couple of reasons. The first two times coming here I stayed in the Zen One Bedroom Suite and its one of the best rooms I've stayed. This time round both Zen rooms were booked and stayed in the next lower class room and found a huge difference in the quality of the room from a furnishing, style, comfort, to even the TV was not a "Smart TV" and had only 1 movie channel that lost signal frequently. The current room review as not such a positive one, however, the staff all of which I do not know their names from the pool attendent, restaurant staff, and grounds keepers are all overly welcoming and curtious. The counter staff were as always very very helpful, caring and attentive to each customer that came to the counter while I was there including myself. I want to send out a very special thank you specifically to Rok and also Bee and Jasmine who all assisted me at the counter this time and made me feel special at all times going over and beyond each time. Although my review of the room this time round, I would highly recommend staying here especially if booking the Zen Rooms. I will return as usual each time in Bangkok and recommend you stay here as well.

They don’t care if other ppl smoke in the rooms, the room is smelly and smell of cigarettes and weed. This is ridiculous, even my clothes smell like cigarettes!
