Nice basic room. Was clean and presentable. Near thong lo station.
Water was given each day and room was cleaned.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Only issue is no lift so if you struggle using stairs just bear in mind.

Budget stay hotel in the throbbing heart of BKK. Good spacious room with safe, T&C making, good shower, comfy bed, AC and great location…. What’s not to like!

I loved this hotel. It is right in the middle of Sukhumvit yet has the feel of a quaint country hotel. Everything is oldy worldly but it works so well. It is worth paying $2 extra for the windows because my room had two sides windows and looked out onto the nice street outside.

Location was great - on the opposite street to Tichuca rooftop and close to the BTS.
Comfortable bed.
I had one night alone before my boyfriend arrived and I felt safe.
Shower was a cold drip, luckily I didn’t have to wash my hair in it. After using the shower the entire bathroom floor was wet.
Felt very lived in and run down (there was tape holding a light in place).
