    Will start with the good points. Location is great and yes for the price its not bad. Let down. Firstly this is not a 5 star hotel its a 3 star. The smell of cannabis seems really strong around where rooms are, the doors they shut so loud that if anyone goes out of there door or arrives at silly oclock in the morning you will be woken. Walls are thin as easy to hear sounds from neighbours and the cleaning of rooms is poor and towels smell of damp, as well as bathrooms just seem a bit run down. Beds are not so comfy but for what we needed on this trip was ok. Shame as i think it could be great with just a few tweaks as the staff are all very friendly.

    Tucked away from the main road but close enough to great food options and massage shops just a 5min walk away. Got a room up grade which was great, walls were pretty thin and I could hear roaring laughter from a group next door. Otherwise very clean and very comfortable stay.

    I’d give this place a 6/10. The building feels like it’s trying to appear as if it’s a 5 star hotel, but it’s more like a 3 or max 4 star. Very expensive food and service, (700 baht+ for two pina coladas) but rooms and interiors felt cheap and worn out. the light switches didn’t work properly in the room, as well as housekeeping continuously didn’t replenish water bottles or toilet paper in the bathroom when doing housekeeping. They just made the bed. Overall the experience was ok, but leaning towards a fairly mid experience especially considering the price. If they marketed the hotel as 3 stars and made the rooms cheaper it would be a lot more accurate and my expectations would have been lower. Overall don’t say you’re a 5 star hotel and charge high prices unless you will live up to the expectations of the guests. You could get a lot better for the price in other Bangkok hotels.
