I really liked how new and clean the rooms were. Japanese concept with tatami flooring and the bed made the stay very comfortable. The added bonus is having a washing machine cum dryer in the room. I also liked how the property is trying to go green by using glass bottles to be filled at the shared pantry.
Overall amazing stay and will book again.

I love the location.
Especially love the room equipped with washing machine with dryer
An unsatisfactory impression about the cleanliness, I requested the front desk to do particular cleaning for the shower room which I found there was some little rubbish on the floor before hanging out
I expected those rubbish will be removed then. However, the same rubbish still in the shower room. I don’t know what done by the housekeeping staff ???!!!!
As long as my last stay in 2024 Christmas , I told the reception to clean the shower room, as there were some hair on the floor, same unhappy that those hair still here after I get back to the room.
Those serious affected my cleanliness impression of the hotel
Please monitor the work done by the housekeeping !!!!! Please improve it immediately!!!!!

Always dependable, well run. Clean by design and by consistent management. Not too noisey.
Too bright, though. Lousy curtains. If you want TV, it's poor.
