    Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We choose this hotel, its easy access to out sport venue just across the hotel about 200meter by walking. The hotel is good. The breakfast everything is good. Thank you for the best hospitality.

    It's very near to the convention centre. Gym was spacious and awesome! Surroundings may not have much but Grab is convenient. And the train station is only a 2 min walk away. Room is super spacious

    I stayed here for a convention held at QSNCC, which is across the street. The hotel room is spacious and clean, with a good breakfast spread. Location wise, during my free time I could walk to Soi Sukhumvit to get food and some shopping. The subway is also 5mins walk from the hotel.

    The hotel was renovating its swimming pool without any prior notice on the booking website. They only notified us seven days before check-in that the pool was under renovation and that we would have to use another hotel's pool during a certain period, which felt like a deception. Upon check-in, the blankets were stained with blood. We called the front desk, and they replied that there was no housekeeping available to replace them. We had to tell them we just needed a replacement blanket. The next morning, they came to clean the room, expecting everything to be replaced, but nothing was done; the bed was simply made up, and there were several small insects on it. We didn't request housekeeping again. Two nights before check-out, we verbally informed the front desk that we needed new towels, but we didn't receive any when we returned to our room. The room was generally unclean; it smelled terrible as soon as we stepped out of the elevator, probably from algae. Our stay was extremely unpleasant! However, the staff at the entrance were very attentive and proactive, which was great. In addition, there were cockroaches at the restaurant's breakfast on the first day. During my four-night stay, I only ate there once because the breakfast selection was very limited!
