    There was a stain on a face towel and they deducted 200 baht from my deposit without even washing the towel first. Stingy toiletries and foul smell from the AC in the room I n the afternoons. Toilet set to far away from wall. Tight squeeze bathroom. No pool or lobby. Not a 4 star!! Maybe a 3 if they sort out the above issues.

    Updated: --- The room itself was good. Comfortable bed, decent TV. That's about it. I've stayed at another Aspira near EmQuartier (I believe same management/owner), and it was actually cheaper but with better service. I wasn't impressed with this one. I ordered from 7-Eleven online and paid, but was stuck on a work call for an hour. When I got to the lobby, I found my order just left on a table instead of being kept at reception. Nothing was missing, but it looked careless, and it's not a good impression for other guests walking through the lobby either. I also asked for an extra bottle of water and was charged 20 THB for it. I've never experienced that at a hotel before. On top of that, the room only came with a small bottle of soap and one bottle of shampoo, nothing else. For comparison, the other Aspira offered guests coffee, tea, cookies, and water while waiting in the lobby. I didn't even use it, but it left a good impression just by being there. I stayed at the other Aspira for over 5 nights and had a great experience. I'll be going back there instead of this one.
