    I am a gold and jewellery trader, and I came to Thailand to attend the Bangkok Jewellery Fair and conduct some trading. I have travelled to many countries around the world and stayed in many hotels. One thing that is quite unique about this hotel is the way they manage room keys. Unlike most hotels where guests keep their own keys, this hotel keeps the keys at the counter and guests need to collect and return them when entering or leaving the hotel. At first, I felt quite uncomfortable with this arrangement because I carry gold and jewellery with me for trading, and naturally I am very careful about security. I was worried that my belongings might be stolen or lost. However, during my stay, I found that the hotel staff handled the keys safely and responsibly. That said, I believe not all guests may feel comfortable with this system, as some people may prefer to keep their own room keys for privacy and security. Overall, the staff are friendly and the hotel is generally safe and convenient. I would still recommend this hotel to friends who are travelling here. However, there is still some room for improvement in terms of hotel management and guest comfort.
