View from the apartment was stunning, and apartment was beautifully appointed. Great location

The property was beautiful and very safe inside with brilliant security. Donovan was very lovely and helpful. Property has everything you could possibly need for a few nights stay and only 5 minute drive from v&a waterfront.
The property is located right by a school so it can be quite loud during the week as it’s right outside of the balcony. Not a huge downside at all, but worth noting if you enjoy your sleep! While the building itself is safe, walking outside of it can be slightly sketchy so would recommend Ubers!

Эти апартаменты прекрасны! Район - просто лучший! Абсолютно безопасный. Красивое и внутри, и снаружи здание, очень красивая квартира, реально выглядит лучше, чем на фото. Рядом большой супермаркет Spar, в самом здании находятся несколько ресторанов и баров. Восхитительный большой балкон и вид на Столовую гору. Хороший интернет. В квартире есть все, что нужно для комфортного отдыха. Очень приятный владелец Донован. Очень выручил нас, сделав раннее заселение. Бассейн тоже очень порадовал. С удовольствием вернусь!
