Väldigt trevlig upplevelse, Trevligt bra bemötande, Snygg och välskött fastighet, trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen, också trevlig tjej från uthyraren som checkade in mig i lägenheten visade den och förklarade hur allt fungerade. Jättebra läge i den trevligaste delen av Kapstaden enligt mig.

Apartment is in a good location and well equipped. Has the potential to be a great stay.

The host has zero communication skills, and the check-in process is horrible. They were unapologetically, more than an hour late, with almost no updates inbetween, and simply do not respond to messages or requests for an invoice, nor my lost glasses that remained in the unit post checkout. The service is beyond enough reason to not book this apartment. Facilities wise, the balcony is always wet, as the aircon wateroutlet is designed to run on the floor to the drain in the center of the balcony. The inner doors of the building was also being painted during my booking, so one had to constantly deal with wet doors and paint on everything. The only outside window, is the balcony door, and the bedroom "window" looks into the inside of the hotel, so you can never open those/the curtains. Eventhough really well equiped and great potential, the stay will have some complications along the way.
