Non-sleep noisy night

Comfortable bed. Good heating system. Nice shower.

A hell of noise till 2:30am from the downstairs bar party. At 7am also a hell of noise from the other side of the street building construction. Nonsense!

Disappointing

Convenient location. Cleanish- room was fine but dusty outside as work was going on.

Tiny room. The pictures are deceiving and this is not an apart anything. Just a small room. No place to work. Noisy construction right outside the window. They emailed me to ask when I was arriving but weren’t there when I arrived. Had to call which will cost me money. And then they immediately arrived. Which was nice as it was pouring down with Very heavy rain and I was soaked waiting.

Comfortable Stay and Great Location for combined work and vacation trip

We had a combined work and vacation trip in Brussels, and the location was perfect for both: within walking distance of the European Quarter, and with a bus to the city center departing virtually from the front door. On Friday night, the noise and loud music from the cool restaurant owned by the same host were a bit disturbing, as it continued until around 2 am. It’s something to be aware of, even though I was so tired that I still managed to sleep relatively well.

Really nice well-equipped apartment - recommend asking for one that is not directly above the bar

Had a lovely stay. Free welcome drink at stylish bar downstairs was a kind gesture. The apartment was really big and nicely decorated - lovely sofa and even towelling bathrobes in the wardrobe! Cute balcony with stylish table and chairs. Kitchen was very well equipped with luxuries you don't usually get in self catering apartments like sharp knives and great glasses and cups.

A bit difficult to figure out how to check in. A bit noisy - there's currently a construction site across the road (but that's just Brussels, right?), and because we were on the first floor directly above the bar there was some music noise from the bar. And we ended up having a cold shower in the morning because the hot water tap to the bathroom had been closed off - it looked like there might be problems with the boiler that needed fixed - hope they will remedy that for the next guests!

False advertising - do not fall for their air conditioning

I booked an air conditioned room and in the peak of the heat wave when I arrived at the hotel they gave me a room which did not even have a fan. When I protested they just said it is what it! This attitude of the manager was very annoying. False advertising on booking.com. I could not sleep for two nights because of heat and extremely noisy construction work right opposite the building that started at 7:00 am every day! It was a very bad stay

Good accommodation close to the city center

Spacious apartment with one bedroom. There was plenty of space overall and great location to stay.

The bed-sofa in the living room was not too comfortable and did not have appropriate bed sheet to cover the whole sleeping area of the sofa.

A bit far from center but many buses near by less than 2 minutes walking. There is a bar below the apartment some noise but nothing too much.

Location and room equipment

Renovations were taking place both in the hotel (drilling noise on the bathroom side of the room) and in the building opposite the room windows (demolition of the house). Since the weather was hot, I couldn't keep the windows closed. The noise was hellish, the hotel didn't warn me, there were no discounts. We had to wait an hour for the check-in time. They did serve coffee and juice.

Rafael was available, easy to reach and accommodating. The place is near many metro and bus stop. There are several places to buy groceries or to eat.

The room was clean, stylish and the location of the hotel is good. (Multiple bus lines pass nearby, very useful!) Great for a short stay.

The house rules that are posted in the room list how much certain damages can cost the person staying there. This caused me to basically tiptoe around the room during my stay, and this is why I did not tell the venue about the partly broken showerhead. (How do I prove it wasn't I who broke it? Especially during a short stay etc.) Also, the room directs visitors to air out their linens, pillowcases etc. themselves when leaving. This is not an airbnb, so I believe this shouldn't be a thing, especially for this price.

Nice stay option for a good price in a good location.

The property was well located in a nice and quiet street but well connected. 30 mins walking to the center (we had super nice weather those days so we decided to walk to get to see the city more) and there is also some bus stops super close to the hotel that connects you to the rest of the city. There is a restaurant right in front of the hotel, some coffee shops, bakery and some grocery markets. The staff were nice and communication with the representatives was easy and with prompt response.

The location indicated in the description of the hotel isn’t quite right which made it confusing at the defining. Thankfully we realize that before arriving based on previews reviews and we were able to find (by google maps and street view) which was the correct address of the property. We contacted them before arriving to reconfirm the correct location and how to do the check in and with that, the check in was pretty smooth. Check out we only followed the indications mentioned and left the keys in the door inside the room. We also experienced certain misunderstanding with the staff about the room we were placed. We needed extra towels that we never got during our stay, and after requesting them for a couple of time at the end we realized by communicating with the representative of the hotel that there had been in fact a misunderstanding. We had to managed during our stay with what we had but I got to say that the property responded well to our inconvenience and even offered to compensate us home how in our next stay with them.

Apartament preciós i molt confortable

Apartament molt modern, nou, acollidor, molt net, amb una àmplia habitació amb llit gran, i sofà llit ampli. Molt bonic. Sala d'estar àmplia i confortable, i cuina equipada. Bany modern i equipat. Calefacció amb radiadors molt bona. Igual que es veu a les fotos. Llogaters molt amables i atents en tot moment. Es troba en zona molt tranquil-la, allunyada del soroll del centre, i amb serveis a prop.

Terra de parquet aixecat en alguna banda, molest per caminar. L'apartament es troba just damunt el pub del mateix nom, i no es troba del tot insonoritzat, per el que es sent de fons la música i la vibració d'altaveus durant la nit fins el tancament del pub. Tot i això, de forma lleugera.

Tágas, nagy világos apartman, jó közlekedéssel, szuper helyen

Közlekedés és a környék szuper. Nagyon kedves és segítőkész az apartman tulajdonosa. Közelben találtunk több jó boltot is ahol be tudtunk vásárolni magunknak reggelire és vacsorára. Az apartman jól felszerelt konyhával is rendelkezik, amit ki is használtunk. Nagyon tágas, a fürdő szép tiszta volt. Első emeleti, az utcáról csak a közeli építkezés zaja hallatszott be, ami csak hétköznap jelentett gondot.

Szinte folyamatosan ment a szomszédos helyiségben a mosógép. Este tízkor és hajnal négykor is erre ébredtem fel. Az alattunk lévő szórakozóhelyen pénteken estétől szombat hajnal fél négyig dübörgött a zene. A többi napon is szólt, de akkor legalább éjfélkor elhallgatott. Sajnos nem volt ágynemű, törülköző, wc papír és elég mosogató kapszula bekészítve. Ezt jeleztük a tulajnak, aki azonnal orvosolta a problémát.

Barrio tranquilo y con parada de autobús muy cerca. Muy bien equipado. Bonito y cuidado.

Poca presión de agua en el baño y problemas con la caldera (el propietario se mostró atento e intentó ponerle remedio). Se escucha la música del bar de abajo.

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung, gute zentrale Lage mit Anschluss an den ÖPNV, sehr angenehmer Vermieter, der bei Problemen jederzeit sofort zur Stelle ist, gratis Begrüßungsgetränk in der Bar unter der Wohnung

Aktuell direkt vor dem Haus eine große Baustelle, die ab morgens 7 Uhr laut ist. Die Wohnung ist direkt über der Gotha Bar, so dass es abends/nachts an bestimmten Tagen in der Woche recht laut ist. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung aber ruhig.

If you feel like partying all night at the downstairs bar and sleeping all day, it is the right place. The customers of the bar downstairs must have had a great evening partying all night, unlike us!

Le bruit du bar au RDC est ABSOLUMENT insupportable! jusqu'à 4h15 du matin, les basses du DJ qui résonnent jusqu'au bout de la nuit et les clients ivres discutent encore en dessous de la fenêtre de la chambre après... Evidemment l'existence de ce bar ne figure nulle part dans la description et l'entrée se situe de l'autre côté de l'entrée du bar donc pas facilement visible sur GoogleMap. Le verre de bienvenue soit disant gratuit, nous a été facturé 14EUR. Une belle arnaque, à fuir!

L'appartamento è molto bello e spazioso. Molto carino il terrazzo. Nella cucina c'è quasi tutto il necessario. Il letto è abbastanza comodo. Il bagno spazioso. Molto pulito. Per arrivare si devono salire degli scalini piuttosto ripidi, credo sia una caratteristica di Bruxelles però

Se devo trovare un difetto forse sarebbe stato comodo avere una scopa per togliere i capelli e qualche altro utensile per la cucina, come uno scolapasta o una presina per il forno. Ma si fa comunque anche senza

Na 15 min hoda od trga Roberta Schumana, pokraj autobusne stanice.

Nedaleko trga Schuman, dostupno autobusom. U sobi ima kuhalo za vodu i kavu s čajem i šećerom. Soba ima minijaturni balkon sa stolicama, no momentalno gleda na zgradu koja je u fazi rušenja. Ima dovoljno ručnika i bademantil.

S obzirom na to da sam rezervirala de luxe sobu, očekivala sam veću sobu, s jedne strane je krevet bio pristupačan, a s druge se jedva prolazilo. Ima dvije vješalice na kojima vise bademantili tako da nema mjesta za objesiti odjeću. Nema stola ili neke površine na koju se može staviti prtljaga. Zavjese se teško razmiču i navlače. Do sobe se dolazi uskim i strmim stepenicama pa nije za teže pokretne, nama lifta. Ključ se uzima u baru koji je odmah do kuće u kojoj su sobe. Soba, ručnici i posteljina su se činili čisti, no u košu je ostalo smeće od prijašnjih korisnika.

Mijn verblijf viel tegen door de gebrekkige hygiëne en het gebrek aan duidelijke ontvangst.

De locatie is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer en vormt een handig vertrekpunt om andere delen van de stad te verkennen. Hierdoor is de accommodatie centraal gelegen.

Toen we aankwamen, was het niet meteen duidelijk waar het hotel precies lag. De deur was gesloten en pas nadat ik had gebeld, werd er opengedaan. We werden binnen gelaten door de schoonmaakster, die zonder enige uitleg vertrok en de sleutels in de deur liet zitten. In de badkamer troffen we allerlei producten aan die al door anderen waren gebruikt, zoals een tandpasta zonder dop en een borstel met haren erin. Dit gaf niet echt een frisse indruk. De kamer zelf was erg klein, het was er warm en het bed lag behoorlijk hard. Op de laatste dag lag er ineens een plas water, die van onder het bed vandaan leek te komen. Al met al viel het verblijf daardoor helaas tegen.
