Great location, but not for me

The location is fantastic, by far the best aspect of the property. Toilets and shower are shared, but functional.

It's a self check-in system, but not always easy to complete because the safes and locks are crooked and wobbly, the main door almost requires brute force to enter, etc... everything has some sort of trick that you need to find out by yourself, as here's no one there to assist the guest. The room itself was not great, but judging by other reviews I'm led to believe there are nicer rooms in that building, so maybe go for one of those.

Somewhat Disappointing the Features of the Room

The location and neighborhood are very good. There is a table and the size is reasonable.

This apartment (#12) has no clothes-hangers at all. The access to the bed is hard for people with limited mobility. This should be addressed in the reservation. Note that this is the forth unit I stay at (#2,#5,#8).

Lots of noise from other people in the house and some one argued for 1 hour at 6am. My luck Shared toilet was dirty coz someone sprayed their pees all over..disgusting Whenever someone enter or leave the main entrance you would hear a loud bang from the door The bedding blanket n one pillow smelled like pee. Very stink and gross. I didnt use it, had to use my clothes to cover me. Felt like homeless in a nice high ceiling room Floor was not clean, i walked with my barefeet and felt itchy right away. Curtains were nice but not really good to fully cover the window.

Typical hostel experience - I spent a really short amount of time there but from what I saw it's what you could expect from a hostel.

I think that there are too few toilets - yet not really something you can't expect from a hostel - it's a good place.

Good value for money, but no elevator

I stayed here recently and overall had a good experience. The value for money is excellent: the rooms are comfortable, clean, and well equipped for a pleasant stay. The location is also convenient, close to various points of interest.

The main downside is that the building does not have an elevator, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. Other than that, it’s a highly recommended option for short and long stays.

This was the worst accommodation. We stayed for one night. We are a family with a child. At 3 am, there is a code lock.

I showed them our reservation. I also asked them to show their reservation. Which they did not have. I pushed them out only threatening with the police. We were in complete shock. Quiet zone to rest and good located to visit the most important zones of the city. The hostel and my room was clean and the bed was comfortable to rest. Also I would like to mention that the internet connection was fast.

Very pleasant month in this peaceful accommodation.

Very nice bright spacious room with high ceiling. Clean and tidy and good heating. Cooking facilities and a fridge. Good shower and toilet facilities in the building. Very good convenient location in a nice quiet area.

j’ai eu de la chance de ne pas dormir dehors!

Il faudrait vraiment revoir le système de codes avec les portes. la porte d’entrée ne s’ouvrait pas, on m’a expliqué que je devais pousser fort.. en rentrant la deuxième fois j’ai eu l’impression d’être une brute bruyante pour ouvrir la porte. arrivée à ma chambre pareil, j’ai fait 15 fois le code, je pense que le barillet ne semble pas être bien aligné. réparez ça, c’est pénible.

Der angagierte Hausarnold. Er war sehr bemüht.

Zuerst funktionierte der Eingangscode nicht. Die Servicenr hatte eine spanische Vorwahl.um ins Bett zu kommen sollte ich eine Leiter mit 8 Sprossen hoch steigen. Der fehlende Laminat vor der Spüle wurde .mit Klebeband ersetzt. Fernseher ging nicht. Der Gipfel war dann heute Früh als es nur eiskaltes Wasser gab.

No es la primera vez que me alojo por trabajo aquí, ésta vez me he alojado en una habitación diferente a la otra vez pero me ha gustado igualmente. Tiene la cama en la parte superior pero para pasar una noche, fue más que suficiente, además, estaba limpia, cosa que valoro mucho en un alojamiento.

La saleté de la chambre et l'odeur horrible. Les sanitaires non disponibles dans le studio mais seulement en commun (pas indiqué dans le descriptif); la vétusté des équipements (que de la récup défoncée et défaillante); les cloisons mal faites des murs; le parquet mal posé; la moquette tachée; la non possibilité de joindre par l' application de l'établissement ou par téléphone le staff; seule la messagerie booking fonctionnait... Une honte. Booking devrait interdire ce type d'établissement. Impossible également d'obtenir une facture...

Le séjour était bien pour un court terme mais les points négatifs sont trop gros pour être ignorés

La chambre était confortable et bien située. Pour un séjour court c'était bien. J'ai pu avoir ma chambre en début d'après-midi. La salle de bain est commune mais accessible et il y a un sèche cheveux.

Bien que le séjour se soit bien passé, il y a plusieurs points qui n'allait pas du tout. Premièrement, la fenêtre de la chambre ne fermait pas et j'ai du dormir avec le bruit des voitures dans la rue. Deuxièmement, j'avais besoin de laisser mes bagages pour la journée avant mon départ, on m'avait dit que c'était possible de payer pour un casier. J'ai payé avec l'interface en arrivant, mais je n'ai jamais reçu d'explication ou de code pour utiliser les casiers, résultat j'ai perdu 5€ et j'ai du me déplacer avec mes bagages dans Bruxelles. Troisièmement et c'est le plus important, la porte pour entrer ne fonctionnait pas correctement : j'ai utilisé le code pour entrer, il a été validé mais la porte bloquait quand même. J'ai eu de la chance car lorsque je suis arrivée il y avait le personnel de ménage mais quand je suis ressortie pour faire des courses je n'ai pas pu rentrer. J'ai appelé le service client et ils ont dit qu'ils enverraient quelqu'un mais personne n'est venu. Finalement un hôte est sorti et j'ai pu rentrer, pas de problème avec le code pour rentrer dans ma chambre, mais dans la soirée j'ai dû ouvrir à 3 hôtes de l'hôtel qui battayaient avec leur code à la porte et ne pouvaient pas ouvrir (comme la fenêtre ne fermait pas, je les entendais taper leur code et tenter d'ouvrir la porte).

La ubicación es ideal, situándose en un entorno vibrante y lleno de historia, lo que permitió a nuestra pareja explorar cómodamente los alrededores y disfrutar de la atmósfera local. Además, el hostel destaca por su limpieza impecable; cada rincón estaba perfectamente cuidado, lo que reflejaba una atención excepcional a los detalles y un compromiso real con la comodidad de los huéspedes.
